DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER I’m posting this to strongly warn others about Nimey New Generation Cars in Utica NY. If ZERO stars was an option, they'd have received it. In January 2025, I purchased a 2024 Audi A5 from this dealership. Before buying, I specifically asked if the vehicle had a clean CarFax and was clearly told that it did. Based on that representation, I moved forward and also purchased an extended warranty (CNA), since I drive 15,000–25,000 miles per year for work and was told this coverage was reliable. That information turned out to be false—and the problems started almost immediately. What Actually Happened Within weeks of purchase, the car had a coolant leak and needed a radiator replacement. During that visit, I was informed for the first time that the vehicle had previous accident damage, meaning the CarFax was not clean as I was told when I bought it. From that point forward, the vehicle has had ongoing, repeated issues tied directly to that damage: Sensor failures disabling cruise control Recurring AC failures, eventually traced to a leak likely related to front-end damage Alignment issues and uneven tire wear, also tied to prior damage Electrical problems

I had new tires installed here and couldn't be happier with the service. My car is running smooth and drives great. Throughout the process, communication was excellent. They kept me updated on the status of the work and took the time to explain everything clearly. What really impressed me was their honesty. There was a part that I had originally been told might need to be replaced. After getting the vehicle on the lift and taking a closer look, they called me and said everything looked good and that the repair wasn't necessary. They easily could have replaced the part and charged me for it, and I never would have known the difference. That level of integrity is rare these days. It's clear they care about doing what's right for their customers, not just making an extra sale. I trust their recommendations, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. I'll definitely be returning and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy automotive service.

John is our salesman and he treated us VERY well. We live in Pulaski, NY and the drive to east Utica was 1 hour & 20 mins. I genuinely wish they had a store in Syracuse or someplace north. The deal was well worth the drive! This outfit is amazingly professional. Everything is clean and well maintained with being wasteful on poshness. Their selection of vehicles is amazing. Very nice condition on every vehicle we saw. Do yourself a favor if you're looking for a new to you vehicle., check Nimey"s out. You won't be sorry!
